Ropes Course

 


These pictures are from the YMCA Ropes Course I took with a group from Personal Best on October 20, 2001. The program is a team building exercise, which finishes with a jump from a 40 foot high platform. If you want, you can try to reach a ball suspended 6 to 8 feet out from the platform when you jump. This was the second time I took the course (it's a lot more fun than you would think).
